Task Server Email Diary Import Issues

Afternoon all,

I'm at my wits end with the Email Diary Import task server job crashing out, sometimes 10 times a day.

We've got a session of Outlook open on the task server box and it processes fine some days and then others literally crashes every few cycles of the job.

Has anyone got either any suggestions on how to make the process more robust, or an alternative to relying on the Outlook session being open on the server as I feel like this is the weak link. There are 4 other task servers, running a variety of different tasks. The Task Server in question that keeps freezing is running lots of other directory monitoring, import / export type jobs and only ever fails on Email Diary Import.
