Proclaim User Forum

Might be a silly question to ask, but is it possible to change the header panel's colour?
I mean the one that changes to green when someone else is on the case or red when case is closed.

I had a request today to change this panel to yellow on a specific case type, but I don't know if that's something you can do in Proclaim.
