We have recently outsourced our Desktop environment to a Citrix based hosting service. Most of the functionality within our Proclaim system works well apart from Send email and drag and drop emails from Outlook.
We use Office 365 and Proclaim 3.4
To give you an example when we click the send Email Icon or drag an email from Outlook to a case in Main Case Handling we see a delay of around 9.5 seconds before the Send Email or Post-Incoming Mail window appears. Previously this would be around 1.5 to 2 seconds Max.
Other functions like Send Letter, Post Memo etc react as expected.
Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why this would be the case? We are scratching our head a little on this one.
