FROMBASE64

Hi
I'm using REST services to pull in data from a 3rd party, a particular endpoint returns a BASE64 encoded string.
I tried using FROMBASE64 but it didn't decode. I've now been informed by Access that this function wasn't designed to be used to decode base64 encoded strings.

Does any one have any suggestions as to how I can decode the string?
