Exporting Tables in an XML

Has anyone got experience of XML Data templates which will export the contents of an itteration table from Proclaim? Do you need BLOCK START and END points in the template?
Ive added a Table Export Data type field which points to a maths field which selects the Table and the sub template contains all the data fields??
