Issue with Embedded Word Doc's as body of Email

Post by Pope1987 »

Hi All,

wondering if anyone has come across the below issue before

we are trying to move towards using word doc's embedded as the body of an email, we have applied the settings in user profiles correctly and tested somewhat successfully however when the email content is generated it is always adding the following at the top of the body of the email

xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" xmlns:m="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">

and also adds the workflow maintenance description at the footer of the email

Access have advised it's something to do with our AV setting on outgoing mail however we have turned this off, tested and still get the same issue so I am lead to believe it is actually something within the proclaim application that is causing this

if anyone has come across this and knows of a resolution that they could share it would be very much appreciated

Thanks

Edward J Ryan
