how to insert page number to word doc? [SOLVED]

Hi All,

Im new here and need some help and it may be very simple:L

Does anyone know how to add page number to the word templates in Workflow Maintenance, i add them but one i produce the work document they disappear and i am unable to add them.

Do i need to use code to add them?

I have just been using Insert>Pagenumber within Word

alright
add it to the form not the letter template
so your letter in worflow maint is made up of 2 bits -aform which does margins fonts etc AND PAGE NUMBERS in the footer
then the content of the letter goes in the Letters bit of workflowmaint
