I've setup secure docs for 3 or 4 sites and most if not all opted for the option of having one main view of all docs, rather than singular document access. It was deemed easier for reminders and people signing multiple things at once.

Multicase type should be possible but from memory, but I think the questions must be the same so you can't have 'vehicle reg' on a conveyancing file for example. It is doable though.

Checked with 2SMS and there is functionality to do this with them.

I need to test it at some point, but sounds hopeful!
Wow that's great since we utilise 2SMS. Have you looked into it at all yet?

Hi JT,

Not yet sadly!

But below is how to use the email to sms method if you get a chance to give it a go before I:
Option 1:

Send an email to
With the format

password: mypassword
message: This is my message

The message and number can be repeated for bulk sends, anything after the end omitted, aka email signatures

Option 2:

Send a message to

Anything in the subject line and body is then sent as a text

Option 3:

Same as Option 2 however the last part of domain is custom domain which gives the customer the illusion that it is not a third party service
The ID and Password being the SMS credentials used either in System Parameter Maintenance or via the Task Server Job.

The Bulk send that is referred to above is essentially structured like this:

Message sends to the number after it, and then the next message to the next number etc. etc.
password: mypassword
message: This is my first message
message: This is my second message
message: This is my third message
