I have a table in my Main case type and would like to display records in this table within a calendar in the my Main case type, i.e. the same case. I've created a case for each record in the table, of an Alternate case type with a link field linking back to the Main case.
I've created a SQL search to run against the Alternate case type and find cases where the link field is equal to the Main case number. I have then added this SQL to the calendar.
The calendar is currently showing a singular case of the Alternate case type which has no link value. Adding a link value to that singular case removes it from the calendar. It's because of this that suggests to me the SQL is not correctly working.
My criteria is: "Main case type LINK TO Alternate case type.Alternate case type LINK TO Main case type.Link Case Ref" is equal to the "case.key" of the Main case type. Am I able to use a link field, from a linked case type, as part of my criteria?
