Does anyone use a third party software outside Proclaim to manage emails?
Logical Office promises "In short, an efficient method of email and document management without the hassle" of going through a case management system. I'm wondering whether anyone successfully uses such software and whether it improves efficiency? Apparently some larger firms handle their emails outside Proclaim. Any benefits?
I've been asked to investigate and this seems the ideal forum.
