Hi everyone,
I’ve recently tried using Case/Diary/History Export in Import/Export 2 as we need to send history along with documents to our clients.
The issue is that the export folder only contains the XML file and no documents, even though I’ve selected “Export Documents” and the type is CDH.
Is there a way to have the documents saved to a folder rather than emailed? Also, can the export location be dynamically changed when calling the export, for example from a linked action?
