Evening all,
I have a successfully working import routine, attached to the Task Server as a Directory Monitoring routine, which is creating new cases from a .csv file. This routine is moving the .csv file from the "incoming" folder to the "processed" folder as expected.
I have copied this process to account for an updated .csv file/data template. 2 new folders have been created within the same lead folder (these were copied so as to contain same permission levels etc). I have double checked the Import/Export, Data Template and Directory monitoring job and all are correct/identical to the working routine other than the folder name to be monitored and folder name for processed files (which are also correct).
When I manually run the Import/Export the case is being created as expected, and the .csv file is being correctly moved from the "incoming" to "processed" folder, but when run through the Task Server, the .csv file is not being removed from the "incoming" folder - it is however being moved/copied into the "processed" folder.
Has anyone experienced this before/can anyone advise why the processed file is not being removed from the "incoming" folder? N.B. I have troubleshooted by checked the folders/duplicating the task on an alternative task server/recreating the task but without success.
Any advice/suggestions appreciated!
