Good point, I'd also like to know where the AI is grounded, within our 365 tenant or theirs? I've had a chat with my account manager, there's still a lot of unknowns.
He's told me that this Phase 1 is for fee earners only and infrastructure remains as is (on prem for us).
Phase 2 due in June will see all other users moved across and then phase 3 (no date yet) will be the transfer of databases and document stores into the cloud.
He couldn't provide any solid information regarding ongoing development toolsets other than being certain that there will be provision given that keeping existing bespoke workflows and case types was non negotiable from their standpoint.
