SSO / Active Directory Integration - 2 domains

Post by gina » Mon Oct 08, 2018 3:06 pm

Just wondering if anyone is using the SSO/AD integration in Proclaim? If so have you come across any issues with it?

We're looking at enabling it... Set up seems quite straightforward however we have 2 domains using the same db - not sure if it will work across both. As I understand it the LDAP query will query the AD of whichever domain it is pointing to... Has anyone else come up against this issue?

Thanks

Gina

I think so long as your user group is Universal it should work. When we set it up I'm certain we found the username it uses in the LDAP query is the NT username without any domain - so long as that resolves you should be good.

I'll add to that - not sure if you can include the domain in the username within the user profile. We only have one domain so didn't need to try that.

Did you manage to get anywhere with integration with 2 domains?
